Market Map just got faster, smarter, and a lot more useful

Market Map has gotten faster, easier to use and a lot more useful over the past month. Here's what's new.

Add new accounts to existing maps

Our most-requested Market Map feature is finally here: you can now add new accounts to an existing Market Map without rebuilding it from scratch. Upload a file or pull from your connected Salesforce report, and the system will identify only the net-new accounts and add and score them into your existing map structure.

Auto-fill missing URLs

You can now add website URL backfill for accounts missing a domain in your Market Map data. Market Maps need company URLs to do the analysis, but you may not always have websites for every account in CRM. You can now opt to have Market Map attempt to find any missing URLs for your account list.

ICP definitions

Market Map now includes AI-assisted ICP definitions to help you configure your ideal customer profile right from the start. Just give it a URL - your company's home page for example - and it'll develop a definition of your ICP that it will then use to influence Market Map scores, giving you an even more accurate list of your highest potential prospects.

Other Market Map updates:

  • Much faster: Maps are running significantly faster for everyone, including large maps with thousands of accounts.
  • Improved scoring: We updated the scoring model to produce a better distribution across tiers. You should see fewer extreme outliers and more accounts meaningfully spread across your tiers.
  • Better clustering: Cluster quality and labeling have been improved across the board.

A few ideas on how to use Market Map:

  • ICP scoring: Score accounts for fit and similarity to your best customers
  • Account prioritization: Help reps figure out which accounts to reach out to first
  • Targeted outreach campaigns: Find clusters of similar, high-potential accounts for hyper-targeted campaigns
