Do I need engineering help to set this up?
No. Setup takes a few minutes. Add the MCP server URL to your agent's config and authenticate. You can still build custom workflows on top if you want to go further.
Which AI agents does this work with?
Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, and Cursor today. Any MCP-compatible agent works automatically as more tools adopt the standard.
Does this replace Clay or Zapier?
Not exactly. Clay is excellent for building and enriching lists. Gradient Works picks up from there: scoring accounts, building territories, and distributing them to reps, then measuring coverage. Many teams use both. Clay covers enrichment. Gradient Works covers what happens next.
Do we need Salesforce?
Bookbuilder, Routing, and Analytics run natively on Salesforce. Market Map and Carve work independently, so some teams start there first.
