What is Market Map?
Market Map is Gradient Works' AI-powered account scoring product. It scores every account in your CRM based on similarity to your actual closed-won customers, not a rules-based ICP profile someone wrote in a spreadsheet. Scores sync to Salesforce and automatically feed into book management and territory planning.
How does Market Map score accounts?
Market Map uses your closed-won customers as a reference set and measures how similar each account in your CRM is to those wins. Accounts scoring 80–100 (Tier 1) are highly similar to your best customers. Scores below 40 indicate low ICP fit. The model updates as your customer base grows, every new closed deal improves the accuracy.
How is Market Map different from other account scoring tools?
Most scoring tools assign scores based on firmographic rules — industry, headcount, revenue range. Market Map scores by similarity to your actual wins, which captures the specific combination of signals that predicts conversion in your business.
