Run the revenue system. Stop rebuilding it.

You run the system that creates pipeline. Gradient Works connects territory design, book management, routing, and account scoring so reps always work the right accounts.

Before and after Gradient Works

Before

  • Territory scenarios take weeks, rebuilt from scratch whenever headcount changes.
  • Books go stale, leaving high-fit accounts untouched in oversized territories.
  • ROE conflicts land on your desk with nothing documented to work from.
  • Routing rules fall out of sync and leads reach the wrong rep.
  • No answer on coverage until quarter-end.

After

  • Scenarios generate in minutes, giving leadership options to choose from.
  • Books refresh on your cadence, with retrievals surfacing neglected accounts.
  • Every assignment includes reasoning, so pushback has an answer.
  • Disputes come with data for better documentation.
  • Coverage gaps and pipeline are visible in real time.

What RevOps leaders say

"We've automated our MQL distribution process with Gradient Works, which has been instrumental to scaling our sales organization for the next stage of our company's growth."

Brandon Smith, Revenue Operations Manager, QuotaPath

"I've carved territories the last 10 years, right? It's never fun. It's something I want to basically eliminate from my job. But after using Carve: I'm looking forward to doing my next carve."

Palen Schwab, Head of Revenue Operations, Liquibase

"For a two-person team like ours, we can now do things at a level and scale that would usually take a 5, 6, or 7-person RevOps organization."

Parker Tipton, Head of Field Ops, Forter

Questions we hear from RevOps teams

What does Gradient Works actually do for RevOps teams?

Gradient Works replaces the manual work of territory planning and book management with an automated system. Carve generates fair territory scenarios in minutes instead of weeks. Bookbuilder continuously distributes and retrieves accounts so rep books stay current without ops intervention. Routing handles lead-to-account matching inside Salesforce Flow. Analytics surfaces coverage gaps and pipeline creation data in real time. The result: RevOps spends less time maintaining the system and more time on the strategic work that was always getting pushed out.

Do we need Salesforce to use Gradient Works?

Bookbuilder, Routing, and Analytics run natively on Salesforce — you need to be on it to use them. Market Map and Carve work independently, so some teams start there first. If you're on HubSpot CRM or another platform, the full workflow isn't available yet.

How long does implementation take?

Most teams are live in 2–4 weeks. We run implementation — you're not managing it yourself. The biggest variable is CRM data quality: the cleaner your account records, the faster you're running.

Will this replace our RevOps analyst?

No. Carve handles the scenario-building that burns analyst hours. Bookbuilder removes the ongoing work of keeping books current between carves. What you get is capacity for the strategic work that was always getting pushed out.

What is a dynamic book, and how is it different from a territory?

A territory is a static list of hundreds or thousands of accounts assigned to a rep — typically carved once a year and left alone until something breaks. A dynamic book is a smaller, continuously managed set of 100–250 high-fit accounts per rep that refreshes automatically. When a rep engages or disqualifies an account, a better one takes its place. When headcount changes, accounts redistribute the same day. RevOps sets the rules once; the system runs the cycle.

How will we know it's actually working?

Analytics gives you coverage reports in real time — which reps are covering their books, where pipeline is being created, where accounts are going untouched. You can show leadership a gap map and pipeline data instead of a gut feeling.

Our CRM data isn't clean. How much does that matter?

More for some pieces than others. Market Map clusters accounts by similarity and is more forgiving than rule-based scoring. Bookbuilder and Routing need your account model in reasonable shape. We'll walk you through what that means before you commit.

Is there a way to test this before committing?

The free tier includes the full platform for up to 5 reps — no credit card required. For larger teams, we offer a 3-month POC so you can validate impact before signing an annual contract.
