Don’t we already have this in Salesforce?

No. Native Salesforce territory management changes who can see an account, not who owns it. Reassigning ownership still needs a workaround on top. When a plan goes live in Carve, the record owner changes immediately, so comp, reporting, and rep motion all point to the right person from day one.

Do I need a GTM engineer or a technical team to use this?

No. Carve is built so any RevOps or sales ops person can run it end to end. Teams that have a GTM engineer get more out of it, but it’s not required.

How does Carve work with AI?

Carve is an intelligent AI agent that knows a lot about territory. You can chat and work with it in the Gradient Works web app. Or you can bring your own agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or whatever you already use) to work with the Carve agent directly with our MCP.
