Gradient Works is a seed-stage software company with a big goal: to transform how companies go to market. Here are our open roles.

: We're looking for a ML Engineer to join our engineering team. The position has a heavy emphasis on using LLMs to answer questions and build products that we couldn’t have built a year ago.
: We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us develop our product marketing capabilities and more clearly communicate our product to the market.

We pay competitive salaries and everyone gets equity. We have medical, dental and vision insurance. We're based in Austin, Texas, but we're remote first and location agnostic. We try to get together in person as often as we can right now, and hope to do more of that in the future.
