In 2025, we scaled the Gradient Works product significantly to help more teams manage more of their account selection and assignment processes. And we know you've been just as busy, so you've probably missed some of the updates. Here's a roundup of what we shipped in 2025.
Gradient Works now supports both dynamic books and traditional territory models, helps you scale activity reporting, systematize a disqualification process for reps, and identify new and high-potential prospects. We do this through both our Salesforce managed package, Bookbuilder, as well as our web app.
What's new in Bookbuilder?
Bookbuilder, our Salesforce managed package, is the backbone of our dynamic books platform. And it now includes tons of reporting and other functionality for all sales teams, not just the ones with dynamic books of business.

Pipeline Creation Analytics: We rolled out all new analytics in Bookbuilder. These reports are a huge improvement over the older Bookbuilder reporting, work a LOT faster, and have more useful pipeline creation and coverage metrics.

Note for managed package customers: If you're not on version 1.134 of the Salesforce managed package, it's time to upgrade! Go to the settings section of either the Bookbuilder or Routing apps. If you're on an older version, you'll see an active "upgrade" button - click it and you'll be set.

What's new in the Gradient Works web app?
Our web app, which includes Market Map, Carve and AI Researcher, has become a lot more robust over the past year, and includes a lot of functionality that isn't just limited to Salesforce. Here's what's new.

Carve: Carve and rebalance territories

Carve started in beta in August, and is now a full-fledged part of app.gradient.works. (You can sign up here for free!) Chat with our Carve AI agent and create or update balanced, intelligent territories with a fraction of the work.
