Now Hiring: Product Marketing Manager

Gradient Works is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will help develop our nascent product marketing capabilities, more clearly communicate our product to the market, and work closely with the product, sales and customer success teams.  

What will you do?

  • Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging based on user research, market insights, competitive intel, customer research, and product knowledge

  • Partner with the product team to develop interactive product demos, product documentation, and more

  • Bring new products and features to market by supporting product launches 

  • Truly understand our customers and their challenges, and help amplify their voices in communities and at events

  • Work closely with others on the marketing team to ensure the product is being clearly represented and effectively positioned to the market 

  • Partner with sales to effectively position our products, developing collateral that helps improve win rates

  • Become a product subject matter expert, evangelist and cross-functional team member who works with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business results

  • Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, their key buying criteria, and how our products will meet those needs

  • Develop high-quality content for sales enablement and external marketing/demand generation campaigns 

  • Collaborate on company-level messaging and positioning

Who are you?

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success

  • Strong ability to write for various audiences, including technical content

  • Have a focus on understanding the customer

  • Experience developing buyer personas, product messaging, sales presentations, and marketing collateral (one pagers, white papers, sales briefs, decks, etc…)

  • Demonstrated ability to understand data and use it to make decisions

  • Bonus: Experience marketing to sales and revenue operations leaders

Gradient Works is a venture-backed startup based in Austin, TX. Our customers are B2B sales and revops teams. Our team is remote, so you can be based anywhere in the US. Bonus points if you’re in Austin or Charleston, where our marketing and product team members are based.
