How does the pricing work?
Our pricing includes:
- Standard platform fee, which includes a set of user licenses and accounts
- Additional user licenses for sales reps
- Additional credits as needed for territory planning, AI research
Users are the Salesforce users who will be using Gradient Works. That’s sales reps. We don’t charge for admin seats.
Accounts are the number of CRM accounts you assign or analyze with Gradient Works.
How many accounts do I need?
The accounts portion of our pricing is based on how many Salesforce accounts you expect to manage with Gradient Works. How many inbound leads do you expect to route? How many new accounts do SDRs get? How many accounts are in your prospecting pool?
If you have a high-volume sales org, you may need more accounts. We’ll walk you through it to figure out what makes sense for you.
What kind of support and implementation help will I get?
Our team will lead you through implementation, making sure everything is set up correctly. That process usually takes 2–4 weeks.
And we’re here to help at any point along the way. We know how important every single customer is to our future success, and we promise to treat you accordingly.

What are credits?
Credits are the consumption unit for AI-powered features (Market Map, AI Researcher, Lookalikes, Carve). Each run consumes credits based on the number of accounts processed. AI Researcher has a preview mode so you can test prompts on a sample before running at scale.
Can we get more credits or users?
Yes, add-ons are available: additional credits from $0.05/credit, additional rep users at $50/month each, and additional dynamic accounts from $0.01/month per account.
Is there a way to try it before committing annually?
Yes, two options:
Our free tier is a genuine entry point (not a limited preview) for teams with up to 5 reps. We also offer a 3-month POC for qualified teams that need to validate ROI before an annual commitment.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Our platform plans are billed annually, and we don’t have any monthly options at this time.
What CRMs does Gradient Works support?
You need Salesforce to use the full Gradient Works managed package for dynamic book management, which includes account assignments, returns, target books and routing.
We also support HubSpot for data import/export for our territory planning, account scoring and AI research capabilities.
