Gradient Works is a seed-stage company with a big goal: to build the operating system for revenue leaders. We’re building a new way for revenue leaders to orchestrate their entire revenue system to increase sales velocity. It’s still early, but our customers love our product and our adoption metrics are strong.

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who’s comfortable balancing the creativity of a writer with the analytical side of a demand marketing. You'll be responsible for building out a content marketing strategy that performs, with content that reaches our target audience and encourages engagement. 

Who You Are

Ideally you have many of the experiences and qualifications below. But even if you don’t check all these boxes, please reach out! 

  • 3+ years content marketing experience
  • At least 1 previous role in B2B SaaS marketing 
  • Impeccable writing and proofreading skills 
  • Comfortable balancing your creative side with your analytical side - this role calls for both 
  • Experience with A/B testing, reporting, analytics
  • Comfortable with CMS, marketing automation, and CRM software, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics or similar
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange
  • Opinions about the oxford comma
  • A willingness to never use the word "learnings" in copy

What you'll be doing 

The Content Marketer will be just the second person on our marketing team, and will work directly with our head of marketing to help build and execute our content marketing strategy. It’s a great opportunity to join a seed-stage startup while it’s still early, and shape the future of our marketing efforts.

  • Be a creative, impactful storyteller for our prospects and customers 
  • Own the Gradient Works content marketing strategy 
  • Create a variety of short-form and long-form content, including blog posts, whitepapers, articles, videos, case studies, webinars, etc… 
  • Develop content distribution strategies across a variety of channels, including our website, blog and social media, third-party outlets, paid media
  • Manage the Gradient Works LinkedIn presence  
  • Analyze and report regularly on traffic and engagement metrics focused on optimizing content performance 
  • Coordinate content calendar to support other marketing, sales and product initiatives 
  • Work directly with Head of Marketing to develop overall marketing and communications strategy for brand awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate on company-level messaging and positioning 
  • Contribute to decisions about new marketing technology, tools, and processes
